Upgrade ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO to r7 250/60x?

i want to upgrade my gpu to a r7 250 or 260x here are my beast specs:
Intel Celeron E1200 1.6
2gb ddr2 Ram
Gigabyte-G31M-S2C
300w PSU
HD 2400 Pro
PS:I dont want to play games at 1080p maxed out i want to play on 1440x900p on what ever settings (i want to get 30fps or more) i want to play bf3 cod ghosts far cry3 crysis 2/3
if none of these cards work recommend a GDDR5 (not from the 5xxxseries) witch will work>(my bugget is 120 euros)

You will need a better CPU if you want to play BF4 or Ghosts. The celeron is just simply too weak, even with a more powerful graphics card. I know the min requirements say a dual core CPU, but your CPU is almost just a single core cpu core moderately high. I would say get at least a E8400 or a Core2Quad if you can and get more RAM, then worry about a GPU.

You are right i have to upgrade my cpu and my ram
i'll think about the E8400 but how do find out what brand is my ram i heard if you dont get the same ram the pc will take the power of the slower peace of ram or ill buy a 1x4gb ddr2 there not so expensive.
.

tnx but i dont want to upgrade the whole thing im setting my mind on a core 2 dou e8400.
