I have 10gb ram would 8gb make my computer faster?

Your northbridge is running @ 1497. Your memory is running @1597 (798.5x2)
11/11/11 CAS timings is very slow.
Try removing the 2 gig stick and see if timings improve.
Most 1600 MHz ram is CAS9 .Good stuff is CAS7 or 8. Cheaper modules are CAS 10 or 11.

I've got no further answers for you. I would have expected that lone module to set the configuration to single channel, but it appears that's not the case. As for why it's running at 1497.2 MHz instead of 1600 MHz, I'm just as clueless.
