Hi, I started to overclock my CPU few weeks ago. I had the Scythe Mugen 2, but it was relatively too hot. Therefore I bought the Noctua NH-D14, which seems pretty solid. I could get 4.6ghz at 1.40V, in load 1.38V. The fans are running at 90-95% speed(Small FFTs@prime95). But I am not 100% sure about the results. Could you give me some feedback?

The NH-D14 pretty noticeable at 100% but under it is fairly not noticeable. Changed the settings in the BIOS to 2.00 PWM Value/°C.

3 hours and no errors, I will run it 12 hours later on.

I'm hoping others will comment but I think 4.6GHz seems just ok, but sometimes they say CPUs are a lottery. Some can hit it big and others are just alright. Mine is just alright. I hit 4.4GHz @1.38V. It's good enough for my purposes.

Your mobo is a beast and you got a great cooler I think you could push it for more since you have a build designed for performance...mine not so much in terms of CPU.
