I today opened my cabinet and cleaned some dust using a brush, and now when i opened real temp there is a difference of 50 units between temperature and distance to tj max. I dont really know what does distance to tj max means, but before there is not much difference between these. So is this some point of concern?

PS: I am using i5-4570 at base frequency @ 3.2ghz.

Solution
Tj max is the maximum temperature the CPU is rated for. So the distance to Tj max will be high when the temperature is low, and vice versa. And those temperatures are absolutely fine.
TJ Max is the max temp of the processor, which you don't want to reach. The lower your temp, the better it is. Consequently, the higher your distance to TJ Max is the better it is.

Nothing to be concerned about, your temps are very good, at least at idle.
