laptop shutting down/starting up takes too long to take place sometimes

hello,i need your help to solve out this problem.my system configuration is as follows.it is lenevo laptop,intel i core 3,4 GB RAM,500 GB hard disc,1 GB graphics card.i dont play any games neither i download much things.just download some study materials.i have original kaspersky anti virus installed in my system.some

Best thing to do, re-install Windows clean. Your system specs are fine, you probably have installed a ton of software on there that's not needed and probably have quite a few spyware programs on as well.

If you want to try to fix things without a clean setup, uninstall anything you installed but don't use, install and run a full scan with Malwarebytes. Do a disk defrag. This may help. A PC cleanup like ccleaner may help but I don't like those things as they can cause issues when they remove registry entries and files they think are not needed but actually are. Every so ofter someone runs a cleanup utility and then can't boot the computer.
