Help with what tools I would potentially need for modding the case

I have a zalman z11 plus case that I am really interested in modding. I am new to all this but I know with little advice I could do it. Here are some steps that I am planning on doing
1. Remove the smoky side panel window
2. Cut the side panel to increase the view (window)
3. Add a clean acrylic sheet
4. If possible mount one 120mm fan on that
So what are some tools that I will need for this and I want it to be rather professional yet cheap.

All help is appreciated. I would post some pictures of what I have and what I am planning to achieving through this mod.

The jigsaw will cut metal with a metal blade. You would need a fine blade to cut that plastic with a jig saw and it probably would gum up the blade. I wouldn't use it to cut that plastic, it is just too risky. They really aren't...

yes i have a drill but i dont see how that could help me cut the metal side panel. and I dont have a dremmel.

No, but it would help you drill holes in the plastic to mount a fan with screws.

Do you have a skill saw, reciprocating saw or jig saw?

i think i have a jigsaw which i can use to cut the metal? can i use jigsaw to cut the plastic window? or would it create cracks?

so what should i use to cut the plastic acrylic window

Use a dremel for this. If you use something that isn't designed for it you will just crack the plastic.

You can use a drillbit (recommend brand new 3mm steel bit) to drill a circle out very carefully then a small file to join the holes together again carefully, acrylic is very brittle and you need a patient hand but as mentioned, proper tools make a job a million times easier
