What the best power (watt) of Power Supply that can support sapphire R7 240 graphic card ?

Hello guys...... i am planning development my laptop performance with external Pci express slot and sapphire R7 240 & need your help to decide which PSU suitable for my graphic card. :??:

I have bought external Pci express 16x slot Same as PE4HL & R7 240 graphic card to connect to my Hp Pavillion Dv3 laptop that only have nvidia G105m .The External Pci express 16x & sapphire R7 240 need power supply to switch on it .
What the best power (watt) of power supply can Support for sapphire R7 240 Graphic card ?

I don't think you are going to see the increase in performance you are hoping for with that setup. That card is faster than your integrated card, but the expansion slot on your laptop is only pci-e 1x, so you are probably not going to be able to utilize the full potential of the card anyway.

If you are determined to do it however, pretty much anything halfway reputable would do it. I would probably just buy a 400ish watt cooler master unit and call it a day. You don't really even need that much power for just the card.
