I've recently upgraded my Dell Optiplex 780 (small form factor)'s CPU from a Pentium Dual Core E5300 to a Quad Core Q8300.
I tried it with its original BIOS and it didn't work, it kept on restarting the PC, then I tried it with the most recent BIOS I could fine and still no luck!
The CPU is brand new ! anyone think they could help me pls?
