So i am currently using a TV as a monitor 
and i wanted to get into the bios to enable the HPC or whatever it is called..
the problem is when i load the UEFI BIOS, it only loads the time/date and the cursor, when i move the cursor around it generates the backgrouind so to speak...
is their a way i could fix this?
Could i enable the HPC without BIOS?
also, i can only currently use a HDMI cable as my tv does not support DVI, it supports VGA but, coincidently my GPU does not.
