heatsink for my cpu question for this motherboard

my cpu needs a heatsink fan, but my motherboard only uses screw on ones it cant use the clip on one, if anyone could link me to one that would be helpfull

cpu is a athlon II x3 450 motherboard is a 04GJJT

If you have the room (and the nerve) to drill new holes. Even if you had the room, chances are you'd drill through some solder traces on the backside of the MB. I wouldn't advise it.

so do i have to drill new holes if i wanted to use a bracket or is there one that i could just buy and screw in to current holes?

What I was trying to say, is I don't think the AMD retention bracket holes line up with the proprietary hole pattern on the Dell MB. It doesn't look like it anyway.
