I will be getting CoolerMaster g-series 600W(dont tell me to change it there is no other psu in my country here is link what pins it has http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/office-home-g-series/g600/) I will be getting ATX Midi Tower Case Gigabyte GZ-G1P1(http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4055#sp)
It says it has 80mm silent fan x1 that will be connected to the motherboard and 120mm silent fan x 2 (w/ fan speed controller x 2) and 120mm silent fan x 1 at what pin to connect them also how do I connect my i7 4770 fan??

The I7 4770 heat sink fan will have a 4-pin spot on the motherboard to plug in called something like CPU1.

The top 120 mm fan and the rear 80 mm fan might be able to also be plugged into your motherboard if your motherboard has 2 system fan headers on the board...usually labled sysfan1; sysfan2 etc. (the sysfan headers are only to be used for case fans, and not the CPU heat sink fan)
The two front fans will be connected to a fan controller that is a part of the case; When you get the case, these fans will already be connected to the fan controller that is a part of the case.

If that is your board that I posted above, you should be covered, and also have one extra fan connector on the motherboard.

It also has a 2nd CPU_OPT fan connector if you hook up a watercooler fan or a heatsink that that has two fans on it.

Well, you don't have enough headers on the motherboard; That's one reason why some cases come with built-in fan controllers, so you might as well keep those on their own fan controller and it will also let you manually adjust those two fans' speeds.

No, they won't be on full speed all of the time like they would if you connected them to the PSU.
The motherboard will adjust the speed, and you can adjust the speed of the two case fans that are connected to the fan controller in your case as needed.
You'll be fine.
BTW, 3-pin fan connectors will fit onto 4-pin motherboard headers; One pin will just not be used.

Top 120 mm fan will connect to the motherboard SysFan1
Rear 80 mm fan will connect to the motherboard. SysFan2
Front two fans will be connected to case's fan controller (the fan controller might have a connection that is already part of the front panel power connectors)
