How to stop the FX8320 Underclocking?

so its supposed to run at 3.5GHz Stock.. i OC'ed a tiny amount up to around 3.75GHz (because im stuck with stock cooler)... when i monitor the frequenciesthey are somtimes underclocking themselves all the way down to 1.7GHz... How can i make them run at 3,75GHz constantly?

i heard that enabling HPC would help but i dont know how to do that

I saw a thread on here a few days ago, someone with the problem as me (lower than expected FPS in games) enablesd HPC and that fixed it, i was under the impresion that HPC stopped the CPU from going bellow it set Speed.. Even though it does it for a good reason, is it possible to Stop it?

You can go into BIOS and turn off "Cool n Quiet" ......... then CPU will run full speed all the time. OR, go into power options, advanced setting, and set to "Performance."

That will keep you on full speed all the time. Uses more power, creates more heat, has very little effect on performance as the CPU can go from 1.7Ghz back to 3.75Ghz in an instant.....
