Is there a g-sync monitor w/out 3d that costs 300 or less?

As the title said,The only g-sync monitor available I know of is the http://www.scan.co.uk/products/3xs-modified-24-asus-vg248qe-g-sync-black-led-monitor-1920x1080-800000001-350cd-m-1ms-vesa-dport and it's a little on the pricey side... are there any other g-sync monitors for sale? I don't really care for 3d.

No, right now, that ASUS monitor is the only monitor with GSYNC capability.

My guess is that AOC or Acer will be offering the most affordable G-Sync monitors. ASUS and BenQ tend to stay on the premium side of the price spectrum.
