Okay, so I am almost 16 and quite a noob to building computer and picking out parts. I have a $500 budget ($650 if I sell my old laptop, which I don't really want to do) to build a gaming PC (I already have peripherals). I will mostly use to it play Minecraft and a few other games, to host a Minecraft server, to stream Minecraft to Twitch and record Minecraft (as you can see, I'm addicted to Minecraft), and to do generic computer things. Therefore, I need you, the people of Tom's Hardware, to come up with the best build for my budget. Thank you!
