i used amd overdrive last night and set it up to 1300mhz and now is -1 i don't know what the hell hapened don't tell me my graphics card is broke because i can still play nfs the run and the laptop screen is working everything is working only the gpu status not working and i can't drag the from -1 to 1300mhz when i hit apply it goes back to -1 help please i'm poor i can't afford buying and fixing if it's broke please tell what to do

So you can still play your games at otherwise "normal" framerate? And honestly you probably broke at least something as NO laptop gpu is meant to run that high.
Typically overclocking a laptop is a HORRIBLE idea and i hope this will be lesson learned for you.
Stop overclocking immediatly, download gpu-z, and set the core frequency monitor to measure max core speed (done by clicking right next to the line graph) then play a game) after getting into the game and playing for roughly 5 minutes, exit the game and see what your max core speed was. Then look up what the core speed should be for the gpu in your laptop. If it is within 100mhz then you are lucky and havent broken it.
Honestly the overclock you tried to do is actually the worst thing you could have possibly done to the laptop besides dropping it.
