I've got an HTPC with an AMD A6-5400k on a MSI FM2-A75MA-E35 mobo. The CPU is a dual core, according to specs, but Windows 8 sees it as a single core (at least under the "Performance" tab of Task Manager). My question is twofold: has anyone else seen this, and could it be affecting my performance?
