Would this build be ok for dayz/ bf4 ?

Im a first time pc builder and am not too sure what impact each of the components makes so heres the build im going for and would like to know what kind of settings and frame rates i would get:

PSU: 500W
MOBO: Gigabyte 78LMT USB 3.0 Motherboard
CPU: AMD 6 Core FX 6300 4.1Ghz
RAM: 4gb ddr3
GPU: ASUS AMD Radeon HD 7770 1Gb GDDR5 (considering getting two if it makes much of a difference)
Also do the graphics cards need to be connected directly to the psu?

Don't buy 2 GPUs, use that money and get a single stronger GPU. And the build you have here would work at lower settings, but you would want 8gb of RAM and a stronger GPU.

Yes you would need to connect it to the PSU if you upgraded

im only thinking about getting 2 because im getting them incredibly cheap, £35 each) so a better card is out of budget :(

You could use just the one 7770 for now until you can get a better PSU :) A 7770 will get you decent performance, especially for only 35 pounds each lol Check out these benchmarks from AnAndTech:
