what kind of tasks you will plain to use your CPU... for gaming even though FX 6300 is compared with some i5, for gaming the i5 (3rd and 4rd gen) has better performance... beyond the FX piledriver architecture

its decent for 720 it would achieve medium at most without a dedicated gpu

for under 200 that isnt even happening the processors themselves will cost practically all that.
dunno what you have but heres my suggestion
750k and a 7790 will rip threw a kaveri
fm2 plus board incase they come out with a dedicated steamroller chip
