Can I put a 4gb nvidia geforce gtx 670 in SLI with a 2gb one?

Now that I know I can is it worth going for the 2gb version or should I go for the 4gb one for 1080p gaming?

It should work but the RAM will only allow 2GB. You will be operating as if you had two 2GB cards.

It will work, but as the ram is copied across both devices in SLi you will only have access to 2GB:

In other words, save your money and get the normal 2GB version of the card.
