Yes mate, with that GPU u can run it at 4k resolution maxed out, its more powerfull than the GTX titan
The processor doesnt matter much but even RTS which are ´CPU demanding games dont need something like an I7 4770k
I am confused, are you going to buy this PC or do u have it? Anyway yes, if u play at 1080 or 1440p u will get over 60fpss
