Recently got a zalman z11 plus and was at first going to have the fan facing downwards. However I noticed that where normally there is an air vent underneath, there a just a few slits you can see for this review in some of the pictures.

Should I have the fan facing upwards. The thing is if I do this it won't be good for my graphics card as it will be fighting for air with the psu. Or is there something I need to do to make the hole

Neither the GPU or PSU will pull enough air to fight eachother, they will be plenty far apart. But I never knew about that, it is weird how they did the bottom.

My recommendation would be to leave it facing up, but to just add a fan onto the bottom to get a little more cooler air there. Should do you just fine unless you're doing something like 2 or 3 way SLI lol
