Is 4GB ram enough for gaming?

So I plan to build a gaming PC. and I am wondering if I should get 4GB for gaming. 8GB goes over my budget since this is a budget build. I am getting the corsair vengeance 4gb 1600mhz 9 cas blue. I will upgrade in the future when I need it. And I also game on a non-gaming laptop with 4 gb of ram and I play OSU,LoL,Minecraft,binding of isaac,Maplestory,Terraria,TF2,Soldiers Front, and combat arms. So is 4gb ok? I will upgrade in the future once I get the money!

No worries mate, 4gb is just fine, but of course having 8gb can help when you have lots of programs and battlefield/crysis running at the same time.
For minecraft/terraria/tf2 4gb is just fine.

Go with 4gb, it will last you long.

You shouldn't have any problems running those games mentioned w/ 4gb. Though if you'll want to play the more demanding games you may want to save your money and go straight for 8gb.

4 gb isn enough for those games upgrading it to 8gb would good actually cause bigger games like nfs mw2012 or run or rivals would really slow or else u have a high end gpu

all games mentioned will run fine. however, as of now, games are on the verge to become more demanding regarding ram.
