My computer, as the title says, has started to run painfully slow.
I bought this computer about 3 months back: http://www.amazon.co.uk/VIBOX-Warrior-Multimedia-78LMT-USB3-Motherboard/dp/B007PBHLHM and about a month ago it has started to become really slow. Things like games are unusually sluggish, and programs are often unresponsive. My CPU is almost always at around 90 percent too; I am having my suspicions as to whether this is a win 8 problem or not.

Help would be appreciated!

You should download Advanced System Care and let it run a scan, make sure to hit repair while scanning. I'm unsure as to what could be slowing it down specifically, as I can't see your PC or your programs. Where do you keep your PC? is it next to somewhere with steady airflow?

I guess so; if your asking about temperature it runs normally at about 35-40 degrees.

Yes, a windows process known as service host local system restricted and service host local system 16 seem to take up quite a bit.
