I have a really bad gt 520, but I want to get a gtx 680.
I just want to know if my i3 2100 dual core will not bottleneck it

I use an i3-2130 and have never experienced bottleneck issues. It uses 2 cores and 4 threads with a frequency over 3ghz. Sandy bridge is powerful too. They aren't ideal in the eyes of somebody who hardcore games. But it won't bottleneck that's for sure.

Sorry for the late reply, check on speccy, link for the download is here :

Then look at the motherboard section, I doubt it will tell you your chipset, but you just need to know your motherboards name, then google search for it and look at the specifications listen on the manufacturers website.

yeah it is the only option I'm aware of. Just unplug everything and remove the side panel, it should only take three minutes. when it's open look for a box in the upper corner, a box where your power adapter used to connect to. Write down any information, then put the case back on, plug it back in and report back here. REMEMBER, do not touch the insides, if you want to touch them, put your hands on the metal brackets on the outline of the case. good luck.

I'm not sure what the wattage could be. But you will be informed if you need a new one while the PC shop (I'm guessing you're not installing it yourself) install it so don't worry. To answer your question, it will not bottleneck.
