Okay. Some of you may know I had static damage to my computer not to long ago. It came down to either the hard drive or GPU to be damaged. Today I got a new hard drive and the boot seemed perfect as it normally should. (No black screen flashing, no blue line on the side.)
So when I started it up I got this strip of code on the boot screen.
Loading operating system...
Boot from CD/DVD :
Press any key to startup Xpressrecovery2..... (all that is fine but what's next stumps me.)
Isolinux: found something at drive = 4D
Isolinux: failed to locate cd-rom device; bolt failed.
Does the 'isolinux' mean its a Linux hard drive? I have windows 8. If its not Linux then what may be the problem?
Thank you for reading~
