Will this GPU work in my computer

I have a dell Studio XPS 8100 and was wondering if the r9 270 card would fit in it, also what would be a good and under 30£ PSU to go with this card, as I don't think my current PSU would handle the 270.

R9 270 consumes up to 150W ,like MSI .So there would be 300W for the rest parts .

For me R9 270 is an awesome video card , Since it runs on 450W , it is not necessary to get greater psu .But if you wish

If I get a 450W won't all the power just go to the GPU and mean that nothing else will have power. Sorry about all these questions, I'm new to PCs.
