looking at motherboard upgrade suggestions?

hi there im looking at upgrading my mother oard from my ccurrent on which is GA-78LMT-S2P
im upgrading due to my current cpu the x4 955 is bottlenecking and need upgrading but this mobo dosent support high end cpu also im looking at swapping to intel but either are okay this is the mobo ive been looking at http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20Z77%20Profess...

thoughts im looking at the cpu upgrade to be possible the i5 3570k
my budget for mobo is 100-150 at max and cpu 200-350 max
any help would be great

That would be a good combo, with the 3570K could sabve some and go with the Rocks Z&& Extreme 4, great mobo - else step it all up to the 4670K and maybe the Asus Gryphon or their Hero mobo - either an awesome combo

the 4670k is the same price about of the 3570k so im assuming its worth going for the 4670k? but what about the amd 8350 same price?

Both the 3570K and the 4670K are superior to the 8350 in everything except for rendering video

From what ive seen the 8350 is destroying intel cpu near the same price on like tech syndicate its the better choice so i might go down that route

No worries, the 3570K is about $30 more and the 4670K about $40, plus overall AMD mobos cost less, so might have more to sink int your GPU or DRAM or whatever
