Extending primary hard drive to second hard drive

Is it possible for me to make my second hard drive an extension of the first? I am running Windows 7 and my first hard drive is almost full.

I wouldn't recommend it anyway. If you lose either drive in a jbod structure like that, everything is gone. You essentially double your chances of losing everything. I recommend Acronis to clone your old drive to the new one.
