No beep but the BIOS boots + Display port not working

I just finished my first build and when I boot it I get no beep but the BIOS does come up and it recognizes my HDD, CPU and MB. On boot the debug light on the MB cycles through a some codes before settling on A2 for about 10 second and then going away.

Here's some pics so you can see my wiring. I checked and double checked all my connections and I believe they're correct.

My second issue is my monitor doesn't get any signal when I try to use the display port running from the monitor to the video card. But it automatically detects and works fine if I use HDMI or the white DVI cord.

My specs:
Fractal Define R4 Case
I7 4770K
ASRock Z87 Extreme4 MB
Asus GTX670 DCII
Hyper212 Evo
Samsung 250GB evo SSD
Corsair TX650M power supply
Asus PB278q 27" Monitor

Do you have a case speaker installed on your MB? I did not see one.

For the monitor, have you tried setting the input to "display port?"

I just googled it and apparently the Fractal Design R4 case doesn't have a cable for the speaker chassis. So I guess that answer that one. Thank you.

For the display port, my monitor seems to automatically detect the type of connection. But even when I try to change it manually it still only says Display Port - No Signal.

Possibly the cable or the output from the graphics card is bad. Slight chance that the display port on the monitor is bad too? Try another cable. Then if still not working try another monitor. Narrow it down somehow.

You can get a case speaker here:

I purchased a bunch of them a while back on ebay for a dollar each and a dollar shipping so it cost me $2 each. Thee beep codes come in handy at times especially if you are having a problem.

It won't work until you connect the CPU ATX connector from the PSU. I can see the connector is empty at top of the second image.

That's true. Don't know how I missed that. The 8-pin CPU Power Connector is is not plugged in.

Oops, I had posted an old batch of pics from earlier as I was assembling it. I've fixed them now.

I've figured out the problem with the display port. I simply swapped the ends of the cable. I put the end that was connected to the monitor into the video card and vice versa. Not sure why that would matter but whatever, as long as it works!

Thank you guys for the help!
