pc boots but blue screens during start up loading screen

Hey guys, just finished installing a new motherboard and cpu
Motherboard is:
M5A97 R2.0
Cpu:
Amd fx-8320
Case:
Corsair carbide 300r I believe

Also I'm using the original hard drive that contains Windows 7

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
