Computer Won't boot with new graphics card

It could be that your psu can't provide enough power to start up with the 4gb gtx760.
Try things like removing other component, and using only the bare minimum component + gtx760. If it boots up, then either your psu is not strong enough for all your component or its faulty, probably the former though.
If it still doesn't boot try using other psu, higher than 550w is better.
