700-800 PC build

This will include a OS and a monitor. I ask it to be able to run high end games like Tera with no problems. I will probably use it to multitask too.

Good luck with that.....a decent monitor will be a minimum of $100 and the same for an OS, leaving you only ~$600 for the build. A system could be built for that price, but I don't believe you will get the high-end gaming performance you desire. I assume you already have keyboard, mouse, speakers/headphones?

Yes I have the other peripherals. Also I wouldn't be playing with super high settings. I just want to get decent fps with the game on low - medium settings.

sorry, forgot to include a case (lol).......and if you want to oc, you would need an aftermarket cooler
