Hello,
I do work in applications that are very Memory consuming - my machine has 64GB of RAM but I encountered a problem - when my applications do fill RAM at approx. 54GB and try to fill it even more - windows start closing it because of "Out of memory". This happened when I had 32GB of ram as well - but at other scale - it seems like if windows was calculating this like 15% of ram cant be used whatever RAM amount you have. Can you give me some points on how to unlock my other 8-10GB of ram?

When you initially start the computer does it show the full 64GB as installed or does it show less, if showing less may have a stick not fully seated or a bad stick - also look in MSCONFIG under BOOT>ADVANCED and make sure the MAX Memory box isn't checked....might also want to increase the size of your page file

Thank you so much for your answer! There is absolutely no hardware problem with my RAM, it says 65478 available in Task Manager (http://s27.postimg.org/e13fzwp5f/task.jpg). Memory box isnt checked, everything is just fine but Windows still wont let me use a lot of ram, what shall I do?
Thank you so much!

Have you increased the size of the page file?

OR at least disabled windows from managing the amount of Virtual Memory the system uses?
