I don't know about the quality of the PSU but it should work.. That PSU is good for about 400 watts on the 12 volt rails. Figure 150 watts for that gpu and 100 for the cpu board and all the rest. So your only at about 250 watts at the maximum possible load.
Check out this link, they have a gtx760 in a system similar to yours the whole computer including CPU and drives is only pulling 160 watts while playing games like metro lastlight.

I wouldn't count on that 400W figure. The manufacturer refuses to disclose how many amps it delivers combined on the 12v.
For all we know it delivers 18A*12V=216W on one rail and nothing whatever on the other rail when the first rail is full. 216W is under 250W.
Even the 18A may be a lie. And even if it does deliver over 250W, would you trust this PSU with loads close to 100%, will it really work for years without blowing up?
Anyway, I give up. The OP has already said what he wanted to hear and will ignore anything else.
