Does this card only utilize one fan at low temps? As I can only seem to get both working by forcing fan control either through CCC or AB, and it has to be set to at least 82% for the second fan to kick on. Bigger issue is I can't even get either of the fans to spin on boot up, have to force the fans through CCC to even start them. Other then that the GPU still works great (no artifacts or anything) and when I force at least one fan on it stays cool, currently at 27c. I'd like to somehow solve this, but if its impossible I can always RMA. Any ideas?
