I cant open my start menu and hard drive its why?

I can open any other software in desktop, but not open computer, recycle bin, start menu and cant save photos, medias. its why and how to clear that problems?

You may also want to do a system restore its not that hard to do its in system tools or you can reboot your pc tap the f 8 key hit system restore to last known good configuration and go back a month or so before this all happen.

Sounds like Windows Explorer.exe is missing, try a repair or simply get the file from a find and put it in the folder location and type in the path. I'm sure you can Google how to do that, it would take me a long time to explain it
