will the case fans ramp up?

I have an AIO cooler, and when running prime95 (small) I notice the case fans ramp up. My question is, Is there anything else that will cause the fans to ramp up since under heavy gaming my gpu will dump heat into the case, but that will probably not affect the cpu to any great degree. I'm new to OC and still trying to get this temperature and voltage stuff sorted out.

Solution
Prime95 is merely a benchmarking tool. The loads thrown at your CPU via the aforementioned program is to stress your chip and help identify the problems in your overclock. From there you can move onto adjusting voltages and timings/settings. These artificial loads however are not normal loads, they are to provide a worst case scenario for your CPU. In reality you won't ever see those sort of loads thrown at your rig during gaming sessions.

To answer your question;
If your case fans are connected to the motherboard headers and manged via bios or a 3rd party software, then yes the case fans will also ramp up accordingly.
