i didn't find bluetooth in Acer Gateway NE56R laptop

am unable to find bluetooth device ,even follow some steps to find.Finally got device in my computer/windows/system32/ and then search for fsquirt but there is no access to send and receive the files

k ,download and installed Bluetooth driver now but still didn't get any icon or device actions .give me the solution please
