Gigabyte motherboard: not very good but good enough for budget Build.
K281 case: Not great but OK for a low budget build.
Extreme power plus PSU: Not good. no 80+ certification, only 70% efficiency. Better to buy any good PSU from seasonic or corsair.

Well, motherboard doesn't have much role to play in game playing. As Gigabyte is a well known brand for motherboard, their product are quite reliable. So I don't think you will be facing any issues with the motherboard.
As you have selected a toxic version of the 270x which comes overclocked right out of the box, its tends to run hotter than the reference card. So, good airflow into the case is very necessary. k281 model has got restricted airflow. It would be better if you can extend your budget a bit and get a corsair 200R or any other case with good ventilation and airflow instead of k281.
Seasonic is a very good brand. Go for their S12 II Bronze 520 watt psu. Its an excellent psu.
