need x79 series motherboard suggestion !!

with intel core i7 4930k CPU which motherboard i will go for ?? ASRock X79 Extreme6 LGA 2011 or Gigabyte GA X79 UP4 ??

Between these two boards its better to go with Gigabyte. Asrock do offer a lot of feature at low price point but they are not that reliable.
I'd suggest that If your budget permits then go for an ASUS board. They are the best board makers for X79 platform.

If you like to mention your budget then I may help you a bit more.

The two boards are more or less the same. The first one has few extra features that only a gaming enthusiast would use. So better to get the second one.

Yes they are. You can check this list for the exact version to version compatibility:

Its a long list. You'll find these to boards in the second page of the document.
