my isp provides me 12gb at 9.8mbps. i have used around 2gb with my mobile through wifi and my father was just browsing facebook and playing some facebook games.. its been only 18 days. and my internet is slow. when i asked then they said that i have consumed all 12gb.so they have reduced my download speed and now its very bad (around 70kBps).how did this happen?did some steal my bandwidth? and also suggest some software(free) to keep an eye on the data usage.
