If you have 8GB you're fine. If you want better performance, you need to throw in better gpu. If you're ok with the current setup let her rip. 8GB is fine gaming wise.
yes u can maxout BF4 with 8gb ram. But which gfx u use?
i currently have 650ti paired with a fx6300
i think ram matters now because i was experiencing stutters when i only have 4gb. now upgraded to 8gb its very playable. although sometimes i experience stutterings when the graphics gets intense like flying planes with fire and explosion.
and yeah i know 650ti isnt powerful enough to max it out. but choosing gfx card is easy. im just thinking is it is still the lack of space that produces stutterings. because sometimes bf reaches 6gb ram use

By the way even though my sig says 16GB, I only have 8GB installed, and have been using 8GB for months with the new build. The other 8GB (2x4GB) is sitting in a box, yet to be installed.
