I am building a new system and after picking out everything I noticed that my case has more fans then my motherboard has connectors. I want to make sure I am not missing anything can Someone please look at the case and the motherboard and tell me if I am correct. If I am is there anyway I can get all fans to run maybe by a split-er or is that unsafe for the board.

That's pretty common with the better cases. Personally i use one of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... Plugs into your power supply so it doesn't strain the motherboard. I don't mind my fans running at 100% all the time, but some people do. If you want to control the speed of all the fans you'll want a controller like one of these: http://www.newegg.com/Controller-Panels/SubCategory/ID-...

the tower has 3 fans the others are optional. the mobo has 3 assist fans headers and a second cpufan header which can be used as assist fan too. also you can power a otional fan directly ffom the psu through molex adaper
