Google Chrome Flashplayer Problem!

Hey everyone, I've been using good chrome for years now and ever since they did this last update their chrome flash-player has been using way too much processing power up to 30-40% on a 3.1 GHZ i7 quad core. I did manually turn the chrome specific one and just turn the regular flash-player on and its using 3-5% and I am very confused on why it does this. The main reason why this is bothering me is my fan speeds because of the increase in temperature on my CPU. Does anyone know a good fix to this? (Oh and P.S. I have completely re-installed Chrome and the flash-player to no avail and the reason why I don't like using the regular one is that it lags and doesn't allow my adblocker to work for some reason)

Well i had HTML 5 turned off so apparently that's better than just using the flash-player everything is back to normal thanks for the reply so I can slap myself across the face for turning it off lol.
