So, about 2 years ago i had bought this pc, the GPU is MSI gt430 1GB (Which is not a good GPU for gaming). So my question is what should i do with it now?? If i have to buy another GPU, then what GPU?

Note:
1. I'm not a gamer
2. I only want to experience the next gen games (like GTA 5, Watch Dogs, BF4 ,etc)
3. My father doesn't support me to buy a GPU more than 100$

probably not.
and by the way this is my pc spec:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit (going to upgrade this to ultimate 64-bit)
CPU: Intel Core i5-2400 @ 3.10GHz (4 Cores) ,Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
RAM: 4.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24) (going to upgrade this to 8.00GB Dual-Channel)
Motherboard: MSI H61M-E33 (MS-7680) (SOCKET 0)
GPU: SMBX1931N (1366x768@60Hz), 1024MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 430 (MSI) (Dual Fans)
Storage: 931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EARX-00N0YB0 ATA Device (SATA) and 931GB Seagate ST31000524AS ATA Device (SATA)

and can I still use my GPU for current gen maybe? (low or medium settings)

well that ones i listed are already very low end. does your gpu support directx 11? if so you might have a chance it will run on very low.

Yes, the GPU supports directx 11. And if i'm not a gamer, does it necessary to change the GPU? You know a gamer always wants the best to play next-gen games... Actually i've played many kinds of games like GTA 4 (ENB+Mod), Assasin's creed Black Flag and other current-gen and next-gen games (with medium setting and 1366x768 resolution) and still good for me, but my only problem was the RAM.

So i think i got 3 choices:
1. never update my GPU
2. 1-3 years later i'm going to upgrade my GPU
3. Or i'm going to upgrade it 1 year later

What do you think about that??

ahh i assumed you were talking about 1080p
In this case your best options are 2 and maybe when necessary option 3. no need to upgrade the gpu as of now. What is the total size of your RAM?

only 4.00 GB (That's why I'm going to upgrade to 8.00 GB Dual Channel). It's too small to play next-gen games. If I do not need to upgrade the GPU now, that is still good for now?

i can't really say if the 430 is enough for the games you listed. the RAM upgrade will help for sure tho.

By adding the RAM, it's the best way to increase computer speed and even better if you put dual channel like 4gbx2 or even better as 4gbx4 rather than changing the GPU. And did you know windows 7 32-bit edition, which can only hold 4gb of RAM and can not be used all the RAM as my example, I put 4.00 GB of RAM but it says 4GB (2.99 GB usable). So the best answer for my GPU is....??

upgrade to 8gb dual channel RAM (4x4 is not better as it is dual dual-channel) and upgrade to 64bit Windows.
For now let the gpu stay as you don't really have space to upgrade and or the need to.
if you can't upgrade to 64bit Windows there isn't really a reason to go with 8gb's.
