Which graphics card will preform better on ArmA 2: DayZ mod?

Here's a youtube video of HD 5570 running ArmA 2. It's not dayz mod unfortunately, but they will be more or less similar in performance.

I have a a10 5700 with integrated Radeon HD 7660D which is slightly better than the 5570 or about the same. I can run arma2 pretty easily on high-ish settings but once i play dayz i go down to 10 fps at times in gunfights in cities. I dont recommend u get the 5570 cuz u will have the same issue as me. Whats ur cpu specs? If ur cpu is decent get the gtx 750ti it is a great card and will improve ur performance greatly and u wouldnt have to chamge ur powersupply most likely unless you have less than 300w psu. A 750 ti will cost around $170 but will be worth the price. If u can provide us with cpu specs it would help. If ur more on the cheaper side get the Radeon HD 7750 1gb GDDR5, thats not as good but its cheaper at around $100-110 and will give u a significant amount of frames. Provide us with ur system specs. E.g ram, cpu, psu etc. And i can help u more.
