Not likely. That's a split rail psu and not very well built. The 560ti is pretty power hungry and I think it would overwhelm that psu.

Darn, should I get a lower end card or a newer power supply? Just thought the price was amazing for this card. I don't play games too much but I want to be able to when I do.

A good psu is the cornerstone of a good rig, and can be had for $50-60. Look at corsair (TX series), XFX, Seasonic and the new EVGA stuff. With an iffy psu, if it goes you run the risk of it taking your m/b, cpu and gpu along for the ride.

Thanks for the tip, will my current PS work with a 8800 GT? I know it's a old card.

Yes, that card would be ok for your psu.
