I have a 50'' led samsung tv. When i watch videos online (streaming) i get this flicker on the screen, also when i scroll up and down on websites it flickers, only on the top half of screen, its a line that go across. I have spent days researching calling samsung, doing everything i can think of, played with tv settings, Video card settings. I did notice when i put resolution at or below 1280 the flicker goes to bottom half of screen.

What about some details, like the exact model of the TV, some details about the PC and the settings. So far we can only guess, that you have a PC connected via VGA or DVI or??

You said it's a HDMI/DVI cable, so I guess, it is an adapter cable with hdmi on one side and dvi on the other. Ypu realy have to be more specific here! A '50-inch Class LED 1080p-60Hz HDTV' is not the exact model we asked for.
