i want to know what kind of cd that was sos i can get my back up from such system

You can download a Live CD ISO which you only have to burn on a CD/DVD, or you can build your own with a program called Windows PE 3.0, and a Windows CD/DVD. You can create a Live CD based on different versions of Windows including Windows 7 and 8.

Google for "Hiren's Boot CD" or "Ultimate Boot CD"... there are more of the type you can find with "The Live CD List" (Most are based on Linux), "Windows PE Live CD List", "List of Live CDs" or "Windows Preinstallation Environment"...

The Hiren’s BootCD 15.2 is quite simple and very popular.. it connects to the Internet, includes many tools, and works like any Windows OS. Just download the 592MB iso and burn it on a CD and you're set to go. You'll need an ISO burner.. many CD/DVD burners include one so you may already have one installed but if you don't, any of the burning software available here includes an iso burner.
Here is a screenshot of the finished and booted CD

dude can i use my current windows XP used As live cd using any software ?or can i create my own live cd using current XP and Windows XP set up with pretty easy ?
what about Bart's Preinstalled Environment (BartPE) bootable live windows CD/DVD

Right!.. but ready to use XP?.. that's if you download a version that was built from Windows XP... the latest edition is based on Windows 7 I think.

So if you want to use your XP CD use that BartPE to make it... I would not recommend it because when I used it to build my first Live CD, the program alone weighed some 400MB and the CD was slow loading, plus the XP interface required manually assigning the virtual memory. My second Live CD was UBCD for Windows also based on XP (XP files included) which was much better but still required assigning virtual memory. The Hiren's Boot CD is much faster loading and doesn't require manual memory assignation, at least I haven't assigned any and don't need to.. it also includes the Windows files but if you want one based on XP you have to search for the download. I'll see if I can find it and post back.

EDIT:
Here is the link for all versions of the Hiren's Boot CD. The latest Edition 15 is based on Win 7, it includes MiniWin7.. If you want one based on Windows XP, download 14.1 it includes MiniXP. I believe all editions will fit in a 700MB CD

Tell me how to use PE Bart with screens so i can get easily and you said memory management where is that in PE bart ?

I haven't used BartPE for a long time so I wouln't know where you went wrong.. instead read this step by step begginers tutorial.. or why not instead download an already made ISO?.. both Hirens and UBCD have them.. I believe you can also order a free finished CD from any of them.

Memory management in BartPE is within the Windows UI, the same as in Windows XP from the Control Panel.
