Memory not going higher than 1333Mhz?

My system Specs:

  • Asus P8Z77-v motherboard
    Intel i7 3770K
    Corsair CMY32GX3M4A2400C10
The Memory is rated at 2400Mhz but will not go past 1333 Mhz not matter what voltage you put through it and even the XMP Profiles do not work. Could any one give me any suggestions on what to do.
